An overview of the learning plan model considered in the internship curriculum of Farhangian University

Abstract

Background and Objectives: In the Iranian teacher training system (Farhangian University), teaching during the internship period is foreseen as one of the activities in internships 2, 3, and 4 in the form of teaching to small groups to teaching to the whole class. The present study sought to explain why, what, and how to develop a learning plan in the internship curriculum of Farhangian University. Methods: This study is an applied research of the type of descriptive and qualitative studies. In this regard, the researchers first collected the necessary information through a library study and also a survey method. Then, using the speculative essay research method as a qualitative method, they tried to investigate and explain the logic, what, and how to develop a learning plan by interns to teach in schools. Given the qualitative nature of the research, the peer review strategy was used to verify the findings. Findings: The results of the study explain the model and pattern of the learning plan intended by Farhangian University, in which the different parts of that pattern are explained separately. teachers student can refer to to develop appropriate learning plans. Conclusion: The learning plan model considered for internship at Farhangian University is limited to the React strategy. Therefore, it is suggested that Farhangian University seek to provide a learning plan model that can be used for all disciplines and with an open and flexible framework so that interns can develop learning plans with teaching models other than the React strategy.
