[English]

Background and Objectives: The aim of the present study was to investigate the problems of Farhangian University students.

Methods: The present research method was conducted within the framework of a qualitative approach and using the phenomenological method. The research field was Farhangian University, from which interviews were conducted with groups 44, 45, 46, 51, 53, and 54. Due to the nature of the research, semi-structured interviews were used. The findings were analyzed using Atlas TI software.

Findings: The research findings showed that the problems of students were categorized into four general categories: structural (organizational) challenges, facility (physical) challenges, individual (faculty, student, and staff) challenges, and content challenges including educational programs, resources, and facilities, and each general category was categorized into a number of subcategories.

Conclusion: It seems that if Farhangian University is truly managed with a university perspective and more respect is given to students in different dimensions, many of these challenges will be reduced. Paying serious attention to students' opinions, following up on objections and suggestions with documentation, and having rational conversations can strengthen the sense of trust and belonging among students and teachers. Also, increasing practical aspects in lessons, improving educational facilities, and better management of class time will play an effective role in improving the quality of education.
